Is anyone else weirdly obsessed with having a stocked pantry?
Maybe it’s growing up hearing, “You never know when you will need it,” or maybe it is just incredibly satisfying to open a cabinet and see everything organized. Either way, I am definitely that person.
While I keep my own snacks stocked (because priorities), I make sure my pets have their own little section, too. One thing I never want to run out of? Merrick. Whether it’s wet food, lil’ Plates, Bone Broth, Dry Food, or just Treats, we will always have some in the house at all times.
Life gets busy. Between work, travel, weekend adventures, and everything in between, the last thing I want is to realize I am down to the last scoop of pet food the night before I need it. Now, whenever I grab groceries, I do a quick pet pantry check. Food? Check. Treats? Check. Toppers? Check. If I realize I am out, then I just simply add it to my Click2Go cart.
It takes less than a minute, but it saves me from those “How did we run out already?” moments.
I also love keeping everything together in bins or baskets. Not only does it make feeding time easier, but it looks so much cleaner. (If organizing pet supplies is wrong, I do not want to be right.)
If you are already stocking up your own pantry, don’t forget about the furry family members who are always first in line when they hear a bag crinkle….they’re definitely always keeping track.
